Are you a Front of House Receptionist looking to make a mark in Bristol City Centre? Look no further!

We're on the hunt for a vibrant and customer-focused individual to join our team and provide exceptional support to tenants in our prestigious Trophy building.

As part of our reception team, you'll be the smiling face that sets the tone for our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a first-class customer experience while upholding all front-of-house admin policies and procedures.
  • Building strong relationships with tenants, staying attuned to their needs, and implementing improvements wherever possible.
  • Supporting events and driving community initiatives to foster a vibrant and engaging environment.
  • Collaborating with local partners to secure exclusive discounts and activity listings to elevate our tenant services.
  • Conducting informative tours and staying updated on our workspace, building, and location to attract potential tenants.
  • Ensuring the safety of all contractors, tenants, and visitors by maintaining strict compliance with Health and Safety and Statutory Legislation.
  • Promptly reporting faults and incidents through our facilities management helpdesk until resolution.

Contract: Full-time permanent
Location: Bristol City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
