Our client, a provider of multi-disciplinary accounting solutions, is seeking an organised candidate for the position of Administrator.

Main Job Responsibilities:

– Based at front of house reception, meeting and greeting clients.

– Answering the telephone and screening incoming calls.

– Typing of correspondence and documentation via MS Word.

– Maintaining spreadsheets via MS Excel.

– Updating the client database.

– Diary and email management via Outlook.

– Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

Required Candidate Skills:

– Extensive experience of providing comprehensive administration/secretarial support – Essential

– Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook. – Essential

– Experience of professional services environment – Ideal

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

Location: Manchester

Hours: Preferred working hours 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday, however they would consider slightly reduced hours e.g. 10am – 4pm (but must be over 5x days)

Additional Information: 20 Days holiday + B/H, rising with service
