We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator for our Oldham based client on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, as well as liaising with other teams within the business.
Dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Receiving and processing orders (from receipt to dispatch)
- Accurately enter, monitor and maintain picking lists and invoices
- Point of liaison between various departments including Sales Team, Stock Control and Shipping
- Liaise with Sales Team to ensure products and prices are correct
- Check customer accounts and payment history
- Liaising with accounts to make sure customer accounts are up to date before processing orders
- Develop and manage customer relationships to ensure the customer needs are met
- Arranging transport to ensure appropriate delivery of goods
Required Candidate Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and workloads effectively
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised and proactive approach
Salary: £19,000- £20,000
Hours: 9am-5pm with one hour lunch
