Based in Ardwick (M12) our client is an Apple-approved equipment repairer and reseller, looking to recruit a graduate calibre candidate to join their successful Administration Team, providing support to a team of Technical Specialists
The successful candidate will take on a wide range of administrative tasks, and assist with any other duties as and when required.
Providing administrative support to the 1st Line Support Team
- Taking lower level technical queries
- Booking engineers to attend site
- Logging information onto bespoke system
- Educated to degree standard (or equvialent) and/or possess 1 year of administrative experience
- Experience of MS Word and Excel
Salary: £16,000- £17,000 + lots of training opportunities
Hours of Work: 9am-5.30pm with one hour for lunch
