Our client, a very well-established business who operate within the finance industry and are based in Salford, is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be required to perform a variety of administrative tasks, and support the wider team as and when required.
- Liaison with clients via telephone
- Completing all daily allocation of administration work
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Receiving payments
- Accurate data entry
- Dealing with a high volume of daily cases from clients
- Updating diary
- Respond in a timely manner to any client requests
- Correctly process any paperwork/reports
Hours of Work: 9am- 5pm, occasionally 11am – 7pm shifts with very occasional Saturdays 8am – 1pm.
