Our client is seeking an Administrator on a Permanent basis.
- Producing redemption statements using the system
- Working with a portfolio of borrowers ensuring their loans are managed correctly
- Communicating and instructing valuers and asset managers
- Producing reminder letters during the term of the loans
- Produce welcome & exit letters
- To ensure that all payments received are allocated correctly File checks – AML etc
- Setting alerts and reminders for the team to action
- Updating case management notes where required
- General admin duties
- Answering inbound calls and emails and recording information and dealing with general enquiries
- Liaising with third parties
- Provide quality customer support with empathy providing excellent customer service
- Offer guidance to customers who call in relation to their accounts
- Complete administration tasks such as updating case management systems, sending out and receiving instructions from various 3rd parties
- Preparing and serving legal correspondence and documents
- Providing cover support when required
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
