Our client a Social Media Dating App Developer requires a Customer Service Administrator to act as the main connector between all user on the platform communicating and ensuring the best possible outcome for all.
The first point of contact for all user inquiries. Manage the company’s Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM and email. Liaison with the development team to fix bugs and user requests. Act as the gatekeeper for the community, ensuring all users meet the requirements and abide by our code of conduct.
Strong communicator with exceptional written English.
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience working in a customer success role or similar.
Ambitious and sets the bar high for own standards.
Able to work independently as well as a part of a team. Super, not superficial.
Super-flexible 40 hour weeks.

Salary: £17,000 – £20,000 (dependant on experience)
