Customer Service Team Leader

Our client is seeking a Permanent Customer Service Team Leader based in Aldridge.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role will be to manage the team of Customer Experience Administrators to provide strong administrative support to the Customer Experience department by managing the completion of a range of varied, ongoing activities to maintain and improve our internal working, customer satisfaction, facilities and Health and Safety requests, iTEM validation, audit achievement and compliance to regulatory standards and certifications.

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of Customer Experience Administrators
  • Manage the annual schedule of Internal and External Audits for ISO certifications, Security accreditations, Health and Safety and Environmental regulations.
  • Arrange attendance by employees across the business at Internal and External audit interview
  • Monitor and maintain an improvement program using information from Internal and External Audits and employee suggestions and track to completion
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the Health and Safety Portals ensuring documentation is clear and current
  • Regularly report compliance achievement and improvements to Customer Experience Director
  • Host the regular internal Health and Safety and Environmental reviews
  • Maintain the Operational and business wide mandatory training schedule and completion reports including the update of external training systems
  • Manage, through the Administration team, the fulfilment of Facilities, DSE, Health and Safety and Environmental requests from all offices
  • Maintain the CSAT and Balanced scorecard, on time, monthly reporting
  • Maintain the Operational and business wide mandatory training schedule and completion reports including the update of external training systems
  • Support the Customer Experience Central email box support for Customer and Internal communication
  • Maintain, in time, iTEM validation to customer contractual requirements
