Office Administrator

Our esteemed client who operate within the finance industry are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration support
  • Receive calls and deal with general enquiries
  • Take and record messages for the teams
  • Organise all paperwork in relation to invoice logging and archiving
  • General post
  • Ordering stationery supplies

Salary: £15,000

Location: Salford

Hours: 9.00am- 5.00pm Mon – Friday, with 1 hour lunch

Required Candidate Skills:

  • A positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Organised approach to duties
