Our client, a specialist service provider operating within the recycling and packaging industry, is seeking a candidate for the position of Part-Time Administrator.
Main Job Responsibilities:
– Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries
– Providing administration support for the Operations Manager and Director
– Liaising with customers, booking in collections
– Maintaining training and quality management records
– Producing work sheets and delivery notes
– Processing and filing inspection sheets and environmental paperwork
– Monitoring and collating vehicle documentation
– Ordering supplies
Required Candidate Skills:
– Experience using Microsoft Excel and Sage 50
Salary: £10 an hour
Location: Trafford Park
Hours: (25 hours Mon – Fri – 10am – 3pm / 11am – 4pm / 9am – 2pm)
