Our client is a leading provider of workwear/uniforms
Hours; 8.30am – 4.30pm
- Responsible for closing sales deals via telephone
- Maintaining good customer relationships and securing sales meetings for field based sales team
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about company products and services
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Secure meetings for field based team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the ‘extra mile’ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Support field based team.
Proven experience in Tele sales/customer service
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential new customers
