Our client, a care home offering first class, personalised dementia care and assisted living, is seeking an organised candidate for the temporary position of Administrator for a duration of 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all general administration duties.
Required Candidate Skills:
Oversee the staffing schedules to ensure safe/appropriate levels of staff.
Oversee compliance to mandatory training – facilitate blended learning by working with the Learning & Development team to ensure staff are enabled to follow development pathways.
Assist with recruitment of the care team and facilitate appropriate induction/orientation/supervision to ensure relevant development
Computer literate – able to demonstrate strong skills in Excel, Word and to be able to learn other applications
Experience of working to deadlines, working alone and as part of a team
Demonstration of effective interpersonal skills and working with others
Self-motivated individual that shows initiative
Experience in data, numbers and reporting detail
Demonstration of problem solving, decision making and resolution skills
Effectively manage multiple priorities
Salary: £8.50-£10 per hour (dependant on experience)
Location: Bramhall, Stockport
