Temporary Customer Service Administrator- Eccles

Duties include

Answering Telephone calls from customers

Transferring internal calls

Responding to customer emails

Processing orders over the phone and through the business system

Meeting and greeting visitors

Candidate should be competent in the following:-

Excellent telephone manner

Customer focused

Able to deal with customer’s complaints / problems

Have a professional caring manner

Turn a customer’s negative into a positive

Computer / IT skills

GCSE level maths and literacy

Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

Sataurday – 8am – 12pm

Pay: £8ph
